IFPE Local 4408 Negotiations Update (Affects RC-29, RC-45, and RC-56)

Dear IFPE RC Unit Members,

Your IFPE 4408 Negotiation Team is continuing negotiations with management on a new 4 year agreement.

We met with Management again on July 18,19, and 22 and will return to the table for negotiations scheduled for August 14, 15, and 16.

We have tentatively agreed to several articles within the contract and are now getting closer to making our case for a fair economic package along with language changes that will strengthen our entire Master Contract.

We anticipate having a tentative agreement by mid to late August, at which time we will schedule meetings statewide to give members an opportunity to review and cast a vote on a 4 year agreement.
